By using this website you accept these terms. In short: the content here is product information and not medical advice, orders are subject to acceptance and to the price shown at checkout, the 60-day guarantee applies to orders placed here, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Horsefilweb, the HorseFil U.S. shop, trading from 1 New York Plaza, Floor 18, New York, NY 10004, USA. We are the shop, not the manufacturer, and we say so on every page.
By browsing this website or placing an order through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This website publishes product information about HorseFil and general information about the men's daily supplement category. It is written and reviewed by the HorseFil Editorial Desk.
It is not medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses a condition, prescribes a treatment or replaces a conversation with a clinician who knows your history. Do not use this website to decide whether to start, stop or change a prescribed medicine, and in particular do not use it to decide anything about an ED medicine, a nitrate or a blood thinner.
We take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and we correct errors when they are pointed out. - Post the bottles to 32 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 22, New York, NY 10013, USA with your full name, order email and order ID inside the box.
- The buyer pays return postage and should use a tracked service.
- Refunds are credited about 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed, then take roughly 5 to 10 days to appear on your card.
- Product bought anywhere other than this website is not covered.
Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this website or anything connected to it. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people. Do not misrepresent yourself as us, and do not use our name, wording or design to sell anything.
